Supervising members, as a member, can be challenging. As a UUP member yourself, you want to have a supervisor who treats you with respect, follows the UUP contract and serves as a mentor and leader. The person or people you supervise want the same.
Join our Chapter VP for Professionals Gerianne Downs, Statewide UUP VP for Professionals Carolyn Kube, and Labor Relations Specialist Kathy Briggs Renadette, for a conversation on supervising your fellow members.
Space in the Hermes Conference room is limited; registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis for in-person attendance.
