Labor Management Meetings

About Labor Management Meeting notes:  Per the Agreement with the State of New York, UUP Binghamton meets monthly during the semester (and sometimes outside of the semester schedule) with representatives of the Binghamton University President.  The President attends one meeting per semester.  The agendas for these meetings are composed by UUP, with management contributing items from time to time.  The notes taken at these meetings reflect UUP’s version of the discussion; management may have a different vision of what was discussed.  “Notes” are therefore to be distinguished from official “minutes,” such as those taken during UUP Binghamton Chapter Executive Board meetings.
