All-Chapter meetings

Forum on faculty experience with new personnel evaluation procedures
Submitted by Gilbert on Fri, 01/25/2008 - 17:33.The chapter is sponsoring an all-day forum to discuss faculty experiences with the new procedures for personnel evaluation, to be held in Saratoga Springs on Tuesday, March 25. Everyone involved in evaluation of academic faculty is invited to attend. Discussions of issues should be held at every center, and a section of the chapter website will be set up to receive results of discussions. The chapter will support travel and lodging expenses for all attendees, within the guidelines set by UUP (see Travel and Reimbursement section of this website). Further information about this forum

The chapter executive board hopes that this site will help improve our ability to communicate with each other across our centers and across the state. The items listed under the “Menu†provide general and specific information about UUP and the ESC chapter, and those listed under “Meetings†include agendas and synopses of discussion for each meeting listed. The calendar will provide advance scheduling of upcoming events. Please especially note “Contact Us†at the bottom of the Menu list. The drop-down box under “Category†provides a list of chapter officers for you to contact with whatever issue or question you have for us. If you have a suggestion for improving this website, “Category†also contains an address for you to use, and we will be grateful for your suggestions and recommendations.
