BENEFITS

UUP has successsfully negotiated an exceptional employee benefits package, including health insurance, prescription drug coverage, dental and vision benefits, disability insurance, sabbaticals and special study leaves, and grant funds for research, travel, and professional presentations. Health Insurance - Medical insurance and prescription drug benefits are defined in Article 39 of the current contract.

Emergency Travel Assistance - Access to emergency travel assistance for UUP bargaining unit members and their families, offered through the UUP Unum Provident life insurance benefit. Leaves - Vacation, sick leave, sabbatical leave, and other leaves are defined in Article 23 of the Contract.
